Mei

Which product is Mei?

Cloud Climax currently names the product Mei, although its URL still contains X04-SYNC3. The listing describes a silicone face and TPE body, an Android app and a flight case. A full-silicone upgrade is selectable. Confirm the materials and included software in the configuration you order.

Price and timing

The product page lists £3,299 and describes made-to-order delivery in eight to twelve weeks. That is the retailer’s stated lead time, not a verified delivery record or guarantee for your order. Ask when the estimate begins, which options change it and what the delivered total will be.

Facial movement is the advertised mechanism

The seller advertises facial articulation and ChatGPT integration. Some supporting copy discusses the X04-SYNC1 head, which makes a model-specific demonstration especially useful. These claims do not establish X04-SYNC2-style arm movement, autonomous walking or the capabilities of every head/body combination.

What to ask about conversation

A fluent answer in a demonstration does not establish months of memory. Ask where chat data is stored, whether it can be deleted, which service provides the conversation and what works offline. Clarify subscription or renewal costs and how the robot behaves if the supplier stops supporting the software.

Cost of ownership

£3,299 listed configuration. Full-silicone upgrades, shipping and ongoing app/service charges need confirmation. The eight-to-twelve-week lead time is a retailer statement.

Ask for a demonstration labelled with your exact model and head configuration. Include body materials, powered components, flight case, software fees and delivery terms in the written order.
